Eleanor Meyo

Eleanor Josephine Meyo (nee Ambrosi), 93, passed away May 31st, 2017 in Bloomingdale, IL. She was born March 1st, 1924 in Cleveland, OH to the late Michael and Vigenchi Ambrosi. She was the beloved wife of the late Daniel Joseph Meyo for 39 years; loving mother of Roberta A. Meyo-Hinson and Daniel M. (Jeannine) Meyo; cherished grandmother of James M. and Ryan G. Hinson, Daniel J. and Jennifer M. Meyo. Eleanor was preceded in death by 3 sisters, 4 brothers. Eleanor’s many years of a faithful life was a symbol of how she put others needs first ahead of her own. The organizations within the church that she helped will deeply miss her. She enjoyed spending time and traveling with family, preparing favorite Italian recipes, bowling, bingo, along with many other activities. The family will greet friends 2:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. Sunday, June 4, 2017 at the Countryside Funeral Home, 333 S. Roselle Road (1/4 mile south of Irving Park Rd), Roselle. Mass 10:45a.m. Monday at St. Isidore Church, 427 W. Army Trail Road, Bloomingdale. Interment All Saints Cemetery.
