Elaine V. Romano nee Hetenyak, of Streamwood for 20 years, formerly of Rolling Meadows. Beloved wife of John for 64 years; loving mother of Nancy (Emilio) Giannini, Barbara (Terrence) Lavin, James (Wendy) and Joseph (Marile); doting grandmother of 12 and great-grandmother of 14.
Visitation Monday May 12 from 3:00-8:30pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd (at Barrington Rd), Streamwood/Schaumburg. Funeral Tuesday May 13, 9:15am to St. John The Evangelist Catholic Church, mass 10:00am. Following services, cremation will be private at Countryside Crematory.
