A memorial service for Edwin J. Weldon of Roselle since 1988, formerly of Chicago, will be held Saturday, July 30, 2011 12noon at St. Walter Church 201 W. Pine, Roselle, IL 60172.
Cremation was private at the Countryside Crematory.
Born August 11, 1921 in Chicago, Edwin died Thursday June 23, 2011.
Edwin proudly served his country during WWII in the U.S. Army.
He is the beloved husband of Mary Jane nee Miller; loving father of Norman of Key West, FL and Cheryl (Bryan) Boyce of Schaumburg; cherished grandfather of Heather Kearns, Norman, John, Peter, Lisa and Melissa; proud great grandfather of Mollie.
