He was the loving father of Michael, Heather, Matthew, Brian and Johnathan; and grandfather of Simona and Alexis; beloved son of Edward E. Sr. and Viola Kozlowski; dear brother of Bruce (Pati) Kozlowski and Laura Sullivan; caring god father of Aleece Sullivan and uncle of Denise(Brad), Stephanie and Kristen; great uncle of Clover and Kole and dear friend to Rosemary Wayman.
Visitation Friday 4:00p.m. until 9:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd (at Barrington Rd), Streamwood.
