Edna Evon Habel

Edna Evon Habel, 76, of Roselle, IL passed away on February 1, 2024. She was born on February 20, 1947 to her parents Arthur Brooks and Edna Renella. Edna, who to some went by Evon, worked for the Green Bay Packaging Company. She was also a member of the Moose Clube and the Woman’s Auxiliary group through the VFW.

Edna was the beloved mother of Raymond Habel; loving grandma of Robert (Shannon), Jennifer (Aaron), Stephanie, and Heather; proud great-grandma of 2; dear sister of Ron (Barbara); loving mother-in-law to Julie; cherished dog momma to Bella; and dear aunt to many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert J. Habel, Sr.; her two sons Robert J. Habel, Jr. and John Fuessl; her parents Arthur Brooks and Edna Renella; and her brother Arthur Brooks.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, February 10, 2024 from 9:00 am until time of funeral service 11:00 am at Countryside Funeral Home, 333 S. Roselle Rd. Roselle, IL 60172.
