(Amie), Matthew D. and the late Daniel J.; proud uncle of Jacob, Morgan, Collin, Hailey and Aden, Sarah and Nora.
Doug was a 15 year employee of Exclusive Millwork.
Visitation Sunday, December 1st, 3:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd., (at Stearns Rd.) Bartlett. Following visitation cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory. Memorial luncheon Monday 12:00Noon at the Bartlett Hills Golf Club 800 W. Oneida Bartlett Road, Bartlett. In lieu of flowers donations to the Douglas F. Koziol RVOC Trust would be appreciated.
