Dorothy Wilkey, nee Klouda, 84, of Elgin for 17 years, died Tuesday, September 15, 2009. Born October 26, 1924 in Chicago , she was the daughter of Frank Sr. and Anne, nee Hruska, Klouda.
Survivors include daughters Karen (Gene) Capezio and Janice Wilkey; grandsons Brian (Lori) and Jason Capezio; great grandchild Ashley and special friend and puppy Oscar.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years Earl “Ted”, former partner of Pentagon Tool and Die and brothers Frank Jr. and Robert Klouda.
Visitation will be Sunday from 1 p.m. until time of service 6 p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home, 950 South Bartlett Rd, Bartlett. Following services cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory.
