Dorothy Dittmer

Dorothy P. Dittmer, 92, of Schaumburg passed away Monday August 10. A fan of Mike and Molly, she was an avid gardener and bingo player who was active at the Barn of Schaumburg Senior Center. Beloved wife of the late Walter; dearest mom of Karen(Dennis) Amore, Walter(Phyllis), and Nancy Grennan; loving grandma of Lori Monegato, Scott(Kristan) Amore, Amy and Michael Dittmer, and Melissa(fiancé Joe Higgins) and Amanda Grennan; proud great grandma of Taylor and Jon Michael Monegato and Mia Amore; fond sister of six late brothers and sisters. Visitation Wednesday August 12 from 3:00pm to 8:00pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 333 S. Roselle Rd.(1/2 mile south of Irving Park Rd.), Roselle.
