Donna J. Kummerow nee Bachleda of Belvidere formerly of Streamwood; beloved wife of the late Carl; loving mother of Cheryl (Jeff) Kolar, Debbie (Ivan) Maior and the late Adam; cherished grandmother of Jeffrey, Alexandra, Ivan Jr., Andrew, Bradley and Amanda; dear sister of Patricia O’Brien; proud aunt of Amy (Rob) Brenner, Cindy (Lewis) Harris, Laura O’Brien; daughter of the late Eugene and Florence nee Nagorski.

Donna enjoyed playing Bingo, dancing and loved to spend time at Lake Louise.

Memorial Visitation Saturday, November 14th 10:00 a.m. until the time of Memorial Service 12:00 p.m. (Noon) at the Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd. (at Stearns Rd.)
