Donna Marie Jiacomin (nee Eriksen), 52, of Roselle, passed away October 1, 2013 surrounded by her family.
Donna was the beloved wife of the late Gregory Jiacomin Sr.; Loving mother of Gregory Jr. (Karie), Samantha (Gus) Korolis, Matthew, and Tricia; Proud grandma of Joey Korolis; Cherished daughter of the late Dionne DePasquale; Dear sister of Debbie (Bob) Paulinski, Caryn Bielski, and the late Janet Culver. She will be missed by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation Sunday, October 6, 3:00p.m. until the time of service 8:00p.m. at Countryside Funeral Home 333 S. Roselle Road (1/2 South of Irving Park Road) Roselle. Following services cremation will take place at Countryside Crematory.
In lieu of flowers donation to the American Cancer Society P.O. Box 22718 Oklahoma City, OK 73123 would be appreciated.
