Visitation Thursday 1/2/2014 3:00 to 9:00 pm. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd.(at Barrington Rd.), Streamwood/Schaumburg. Funeral Friday 1/3/2014 11:00 am.at the funeral home. Interment to follow in Lakewood Cemetery.
