Donald W. McQuade, of Streamwood, died June 2, 2014. Beloved husband of the late Mary; loving father of Donna Tackett and the late Deborah Ann (Ralph) McMahon; proud grandfather of Nicole and Justin Tackett, and Danielle and Brianna McMahon; dear brother of James (the late Patricia) McQuade, Joan (the late Ron) Marlewski, the late Joyce Torris, the late John McQuade, and the late Jacqueline (Robert) Domek; great grandpa of one.
Visitation Thursday, June 5, 2014, 3:00pm until time of service 7:30pm Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd (at Barrington Rd) Streamwood/Schaumburg.
