Donald Jones

Donald Jones, 86, of Roselle, formerly of Chicago, IL and Mesa, AZ, passed away surrounded by his loved ones on Sunday, August 10, 2026. A US Army Veteran, Don was also an avid Chicago Bears and White Sox fan. He enjoyed motorcycles, playing darts, and listening to country music. Beloved husband of 37 years to Maureen (nee Nally); father of Richard Jones and the late Gerald (Lisseth) Ihrig; proud grandfather of Nicole Ihrig and the late Jerry (Shorty) Ihrig; dear brother of one brother and seven sisters; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews; loving relative to Maureen's entire family; devoted best friend of Brian Morgan, Jill (Marty) Beckett, and many other cherished friends. Visitation Saturday, August 15 from 11:00am until time of funeral service 1:00pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 333 S. Roselle Rd. (1/2 mile south of Roselle Rd.), Roselle.
