Donald W. Hageman passed away on Tuesday, April 17, 2012 in Bartlett, Illinois. He was born October 14, 1923 in Hinsdale, IL.
He is survived by his wife Janet "Jan", nieces and nephews and his loving pets.
Don was retired and had volunteered over 50 years of service to various local and civic organizations. He was a veteran of World War II, a Shriner and a member of Medinah Temple and Scottish Rites. He was also a member of the Masons.
Sincere thanks to his nephew, Larry Smith, Irene Anthony, friends, the staff of Emeritus Hoffman Estates and Clare Oaks for their support and care during Don's illness.
Private services have been held and he will be inurned beside family members in Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Hinsdale. Arrangements and cremation by Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, Bartlett.
