Donald Devitt

Donald “Don” R. Devitt, 89 of Bartlett, formerly of Streamwood, died Wednesday, June 21, 2023. Born November 27, 1933 in Chicago. Don was an avid Cubs and Notre Dame fan. He enjoyed golfing and was proud of his hole-in-one achievement. He will be missed by his family. Beloved husband of 66 years to Sally; Loving dad of Catherine (Ken) McClarey, Donald W. (Javier Navarrete), Mark (Nina) and David (Jennifer) Devitt; cherished papa of Benjamin (Amy), Matthew (Brittany), Sarah (George), Domenica, Donald R., Patrick (Laura), Haley, Sydney, Connor and Shannon; dear great papa of Emma, Mathias, Alana and James; kind son of the late Patrick and Genevieve Devitt and cousin of Bernadette Hayden and Joseph O’Brien. Visitation 9:30am until time of Mass 10:30am at the Sacred Heart Chapel at the Oaks, 825 Carillon Dr, Bartlett. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
