Dolores Loizzo

Dolores A. Loizzo, 89, of Schaumburg passed away October 1, 2016. Dolores was the beloved wife of the late Frank; loving mother of Susan (Wesley) Ewald; proud grandmother of Jon, Vicki and Ryan; devoted great grandmother of Alex, Geena, Emilia and Dialo; cherished sister of Lucy, Rich, Lavern, Donnie, Joey, Wally, Ruth, Joyce and the late Maryann. Dolores retired from Motorola after 32 years. Following her husband's death she took a job at Schaumburg Transportation (now called First Student) working as a school bus monitor for disabled children. She adored the children she took care of, retiring in March 2014 at the age of 86.

Visitation Tuesday, October 4, 3:00p.m. – 8:30p.m. at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd (at Barrington Road) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Funeral Wednesday 9:15a.m. to Church of the Holy Spirit Mass 10:00a.m. Interment St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery.
