Dolly was born January 31, 1976 in Naic, Cavite, Philippines. beloved mother of Melissa Franco Taing, Rhea Franco Bulagao, Reymond Franco Bulagao, and Julia Marie Franco Bulagao; loving sister of Eleanor Abellar; fond sister-in-law of Jojo Abellar; cherished daughter of Pacita and the late Diego Franco. She will be missed by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and extended family.
Visitation Saturday, September 1, 3:00pm until time of service 8:00pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd (at Barrington Road) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Following services cremation will be private at Countryside Crematory.
