Dolly Balba

Abdullah M. Balba (Dolly) 53, of Bartlett, IL passed away on October 1, 2025. Dolly truly was a warrior woman. She will be remembered for her strength and faith in Jesus Christ. She battled with her diagnosis for 24 years and beat cancer 6 separate times. Dolly was an excellent nurse and loved her WFG\WSB Family. She will be missed by so many.

Dolly was born on August 18, 1972 in Talisay, Batangas to her parents Abundio and Iluminada Balba. She is survived by her beloved husband of 25 years Allan Tibayan; loving sisters Annalou Balba and Abegail (Ron) Decastro; cherished mama\aunt of Samantha and Noah Decastro. She was preceded in death by her parents Abundio Balba and Iluminada Balba nee Mendoza.

A visitation will be held on Friday, October 17, 2025 from 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm at Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, 950 S. Bartlett Rd. Bartlett, IL 60103. A funeral service will be held the next morning at 10:30 am at the Funeral Home. A private cremation will be held.
