Dimitrios "James" Douvris, 86, of Carpentersville. Beloved husband of Katy (nee: Grountas); loving father of Pamela (the late Elias) Filindras and Lefkie (Sotiris) Bakas; proud grandfather of Maria, Lida, Vasili and Katerina; dear brother of Stella, Basile, Angelo, Dimitra and the late Stamata. Son of the late Spiro and Panagiota (Eliopoulos) Douvris.

Visitation Saturday from 9:00am until time of service 10:00am at St. Nectarios Church, 133 South Roselle Road, Palatine, IL 60067, (847) 358-5170. Interment St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery.
