Dianne Berquist

Dianne M Berquist, 80, of Streamwood, IL passed away Sunday November 6, 2022. She spent her final days with her beloved husband William “Bill” of nearly 60 years and her children and their families at her side.

Dianne was born November 2, 1942 in Ironwood MI, to Frank and Wabirda (nee Sanders) Rosa.

She is survived by her husband Bill; her children William Jr. “Bill” (Nancy) of Lakeville MN, Scott (Theresa) of Glendale Heights, IL and Patti Anne (Richard) Church, of Elgin, IL. Grandchildren: Catherine “Catie” (John), Samantha (Andrew), Hannah (David), Matthew, Courtney (Tim), Jason, and Trista (Adnan) and Great-Grandchildren: Brodie, Leah, Jax, Leo, Adelynne, Skylar, Ruth, Bryce, Samantha, Bristol, Brielle, Asirah, and Malakai. Along with many additional family members.

She was proceeded in death by her parents, Frank & Wabirda (nee Sanders), in-laws Frank & Catherine (nee Morrison) Berquist and Granddaughter Ashley.

The family wished to express their sincere thanks and appreciation to the entire staff at South Elgin Rehabilitation & Health Care Center for the excellent care that she received.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 from 3:00 – 8:00 pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 1640 S. Green Meadows Blvd, Streamwood, IL 60107.
