Prayers for Diana E. Shachter nee Potter, 67, will be said at 9:45a.m. Saturday at Countryside Funeral Home 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg, proceeding to St. Ansgar Church for Mass at 10:30a.m. Interment will be in Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Hillside.
Visitation will be from 4:00 - 9:00p.m. Friday.
Born Sept. 7, 1941 in Chicago, she died Wednesday Dec. 10, 2008 at home.
Diana was a huge Chicago Bears fan and adored her entire family.
She was the wife of Marvin; mother of John (Barb), Robert, Patty, Teresa, Jenny (Fernando), Kathy (Ryan) and Chrissy (Joe); sister of Joan (Don), Marlene, David at the late Joe; grandmother of 14; and aunt of Eddy and Louis.
