Denny Albrecht

Dennis Leon Albrecht, 79, of Hanover Park, IL passed away on September 15, 2025. He was born on October 13, 1945 in Chicago, IL to his parents William F. and Sarah Albrecht.

Denny was a hard working man, dedicated to both family and community. He also loved cars, specifically his 1955 Chevy Bel Air.

Denny is the beloved husband for 59 years to Janis Albrecht; loving dad to Dena (the late Ted) Krzywonos and Dennis James (Evelyn) Albrecht; cherished grandpa of Emilio Albrecht. He was preceded in death by his parents William F. Albrecht and Sarah (nee Thyfault) Albrecht and his brother William, Jr. Albrecht.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, September 21, 2025 from 11:00 am until time of Service 2:00 pm at Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, 1640 South Greenmeadows Blvd. Streamwood, IL 60107. A private cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Denny’s name to the West Suburban Humane Society, 1901 Ogden Ave, Downers Grove, IL 60515.
