Prayers for Dennis Martin Kelley of Cedar Rapids, IA formerly of Streamwood will begin Friday April 26, 2013 9:15a.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrinton Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg to St. John the Evangelist Church. Mass 10:00a.m. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home Thursday 3:00 - 9:00p.m.
Born December 7, 1963 in Chicago, Dennis died Friday April 19, 2013 in Cedar Rapids, IA.
He is the cherished son of Leona and the late Gregory Kelley nee Larkin; beloved brother of Timothy, Patrick (Caryn Palewski) and the late Kevin; loving uncle of Doug and Tyler; many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
