Dennis Delaquila

Dennis R. Delaquila, 78, of Elgin, IL passed away on July 16, 2025. Dennis was born on August 23, 1946 in Chicago, IL to his parents Robert and Rose Delaquila. He is a United States Army Veteran. Dennis was the beloved husband of the late Clarice Conforti Delaquila; loving father of Jeffrey Delaquila and Cherise (Shawn) Davis; cherished grandpa of Jaelyn Delaquila, Tyler and Giannia Davis; dear brother of Diane (Johnny) Campagna and brother-in-law of Fred (Leona) Conforti; dear uncle and friend to many. Preceded in death by his parents Robert and Rose Delaquila.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, August 7, 2025 from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm with a Service and Military Honors at 5:00 pm at Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, 95 South Gilbert St. South Elgin, IL 60177. For more information, please contact Countryside Funeral Home, 847-289-8054.
