Denise Williams

Denise Maria (Hartjes) Williams, age 48, of Arlington Heights, IL. passed away peacefully on the morning of March 26, 2022 from unknown causes.

Denise was born in July 1973 in Chicago, IL. She graduated from Roger E. Sullivan High School and earned a certificate from Everest College as a Medical Assistant. Denise was passionate about helping others and frequently volunteered her time to people in need at soup kitchens, food pantries, churches, and local groups for the mentally disabled. Denise was an amazing artist and enjoyed crafting beautiful and unique creations. Denise adored her five grandchildren and spent many of her days caring for them and loving them to the fullest.

Denise M. Williams was born to the late Peggy South; is the beloved daughter of Ria M. and the late Louis J. Hartjes; cherished mother of Amanda M. (Juni) Torres and Alexis G. Williams; proud grandmother of Ezra, Eliza, Miles, Elena, and Eliot; dear sister of Harry (Carmen), Louis, Diane, Bruce, Jeffrey, and Edward Hartjes, the late Terri Bradtke, Kevin David (Violeta) Bradtke, Sheri (Joseph) Garity, and Dee Dee Taylor; aunt to many beautiful nieces and nephews and dear friend to David Thon.

Please join us for a memorial service and celebration of her life on Sunday, April 3rd, 2022 from 10:00am-12:00pm with a service at 12:00pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 950 South Bartlett Road in Bartlett, Illinois.
