Delmar R. Furlow of Streamwood, He was the loving father of Dawn Tarandy; devoted grandfather of Danni and Delaney; fond son of Alcletha and the late Carl; dear brother of the late John(Ovella) Furlow and Carol (Harvey) McKeowen; he is also survived by his ex-wife Cynthia Behnke and many nieces and nephews.
Delmar was an Army veteran and was employed at Armor Meat Company, Sara Lee and retired from Hidden Valley. He enjoyed Fishing, riding his motorcycle and being with his family.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, 3:00pm-9:00pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd (at Barrington Rd) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Funeral Wednesday 12 noon at the funeral home. Following services, cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory.
