Deborah Ann Daly (nee Frantz), 56, of Bartlett. Beloved wife of William Daly; loving mother of Ryan J., Valerie (Joshua) Hamilton, Ronald (Amy) C. and Phillip R.; dear grandmother of Andrew and Emily; cherished daughter of Ronald and Elaine Frantz; loving sister of Kathleen (Roger) Isaac and Terri (Glenn) Bonner; special aunt to many nieces and nephews.

Born January 6, 1957 in Chicago, Il and grew up in Broadview, IL. She graduated from Addison Trail High School in Addison, Il. She put herself through school and graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Nursing from College of DuPage in 1978 and National Louis University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Sciences with a perfect 4.0 in 2003. She worked at Westlake Hospital, Children’s Memorial Hospital, Hoffman Estates Medical Center and St. Joseph Hospital in Elgin, IL. She opened two businesses, Daly Care, Inc., a home health care agency and Sew Enchanting, a costume company. She was a Cubmaster for Cub Scout Pack 26, Secretary for the Kings hockey league and made costumes for dancers and Gymkhana Dance Studio, Bartlett H.S. Poms, and Bartlett H.S. Dance Team. In 2002 Deborah started teaching nursing at Larkin High School in Elgin, IL and sponsored the Health Occupations Students of America. She helped students become Certified Nursing Assistants and go on to have careers in healthcare and beyond. Her students brought her great joy.

Visitation Thursday, May 9th 3:00 p.m. until the time of funeral service 8:00 p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd., (at Stearns Rd.) Bartlett. Following services cremation will take place at the Countryside Crematory. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Deborah Daly Memorial Scholarship Fund through BMO Harris Bank, 335 South Main St., Bartlett, Il 60103
