Deborah Anne Borkowski nee Crittenden of Elburn, formerly Streamwood died Monday, July 8, 2013. She was the beloved daughter of David and the late Nelda Crittenden nee Haynes; loving mother of Elizabeth Jones and Danielle Borkowski; dear sister to Matthew (fiancé Priscilla Moore),and William (Heidi); proud aunt to Elijah, dear friend of Jeff Groble. Visitation will be Friday, July 12, 3:00pm until time of service 8:00pm at Countryside Funeral Home, 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd,(at Barrington Rd) Streamwood/Schaumburg.
