David Ratliff

David W Ratliff, 70, of Hanover Park for 40 years, died Friday, September 4th. Born February 27, 1950 in Bensenville. He was a proud veteran having served in the U.S. Navy for 4 years. David was the owner of DRW Press Service for 25 years and was a lifelong Bears fan. As a hobby, David enjoyed photography but what he loved most of all was his grandchildren. Beloved husband of the late Ivy M. Ratliff; Dear father of Tracy (Frank) Wasilewski, and Carrie (Robert) Medine and the late Robin Buchheit; Cherished grandfather of Shianne, William, Ricky, Shelby, Allen, Brad, Wayne and Allison; Loving great greatgrandfather of David, Kylie, Roman and Mia; fond father-in-law of Jamie Buchheit and Life long best friend of John (Brent) Laird.
Cremation will be private at Countryside Crematory.
