David Palojarvi

David R. Palojarvi, 85, of Streamwood; husband for 50+ years of the late Sondra, nee Wiseman; father of David (Cathy); step grandpa of Laura Angel and Scott Simone; brother of Anna Thurston and Natalie (John) Rhea and the late Ruth ( late Wendell) Walden and late John (late Arlene) Palojarvi; son of the late Toivo and Selma, nee Tassava. David was a hard worker. He was very handy and could fix anything. In his spare time he enjoyed bowling and carried an average of over 200. He also liked to relax while fishing in Wisconsin and later in Lake Norfolk Arkansas. Visitation Wednesday 3:00 pm until time of service at 7:00 pm at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 S. Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood. Cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory. In lieu of flowers donations to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
