David Mroz

David A. Mroz, 52, of Pingree Grove died January 29, 2019. David was the beloved husband of Nhien Mroz; loving father of Kimberly and Jonathan; proud brother of Steve (Bonnie), Paul, Cathy (Bob) Danner, Kenneth (Rita) Mroz and Linda (Steve) Bert; cherished son of the late Louis and Stella Mroz; fond son in law of Cat Truong; dear brother in law of Joe (Lin) Pham, Jenny Tran, the late Long Pham, Nhan Pham,and Man Pham. He will be missed by many loved nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

After college David built a career in industrial automation and controls, and made significant friendships at each company he had the pleasure of working for. David enjoyed a wonderful family life, having celebrated 30 years of marriage with Nhien. He thoroughly enjoyed coaching baseball with Jon and attending his travel baseball games. David also loved watching Kim grow academically. A White Sox fan having grown up in a family of Cubs fans David loved sports. He enjoyed golfing, where he learned how to play his slice to perfection. David could always be found at parties and backyard BBQs, he liked to play cards and darts.

Visitation Sunday, February 3, 2019 3:00pm - 6:00pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 950 South Bartlett Road (at Stearns Road) Bartlett. Following services cremation will be private at Countryside Crematory. In lieu of flowers donations to the family would be appreciated.
