David Majewski

David Jerome Majewski, of Streamwood, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, September 20, 2014. Beloved son of Marilyn S.(Richard) Martin nee Golembiewski; dear brother of Mark E. (Amy E.), and Susan M. (Richard M.) Hallas; proud uncle of Michael (Gaby), Samantha, Kacy, Cody, Sara, Mitchell, and Madison; great uncle of Xayleen and Anthony; loving nephew of James Golembiewski (his best friend) and Leeandra Golembiewski; many loving cousins, co-workers, and friends. David was a big fan of the White Sox and Notre Dame.

Visitation Wednesday, September 24, 2014, 4:00pm until time of service 8:00pm, Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd, (at Barrington Rd) Streamwood/Schaumburg. After services, cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory. In lieu of flowers, donations to your favorite charity would be appreciated.
