Visitation for Darlene M. (nee Franzen) Klueg, 74, will be held Saturday, January 8, 2022 2:00p.m. until time of service 7:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 333 S. Roselle Rd. (1/2 mile south of Irving Park Rd.) Roselle.Following services, cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory.

She passed away January 4, 2022 peacefully at home surrounded by her family.

Darlene is the beloved wife of Donald Klueg; loving mother of Duane Klueg, Denise Klueg and Doug (Becca) Klueg; cherished grandmother of Jackson, Sydney and Sadie; caring sister of the late Robert (the late Gladys) Franzen, the late James (Loleta) Franzen, the late Howard Franzen, the late Evelyn Franzen, the late Jerry Franzen, Barbara (Robert) Gonke, Deborah (the late Casey) Grumad, Roger Franzen, fond daughter of the late William O. and Marie A. (nee Zupke) Franzen and caring aunt to many neices and nephews. Dear sister-in-law to Carol (Wayne) Ceas and the late William (late Katie) Klueg. Beloved friend to many.

Darlene retired from Zurich America and enjoyed the friendships that she made being part of that family. Darlene loved animals. She enjoyed feeding squirrels every morning that would come to her patio door. (630) 529-5751.
