Daniel “Dan” Thomas Guazzo of Streamwood, since 1991, died July 1, 2013. Dan was the beloved husband of Florence “Flo” (nee Verniere) for 34 years. Loving father of Steven. Cherished brother of Rich, Robert (Mary), and Anthony (Fran). Many loving nieces, nephews, friends and relatives.
Dan loved music, he played the bass along with many other instruments. He was a big Cubs fan and very fond of Disney. Dan was dedicated to his family and very proud of his son Steve.
Visitation for Dan Friday, July 5, 3:00p.m. until the time of service 8:00p.m. at Countryside Funeral Home 1640 S. Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Road) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Following service cremation will take place at Countryside Crematory.
