Daniel Gilson

Daniel D. Gilson, 76, of Green Bay, WI, passed away Monday, March 4, 2024 in Bartlett, IL with his family at his side. An Army Veteran, Dan operated Dan's Auto Repair specializing in auto body restoration. An avid Green Bay Packers fan and Milwuakee Brewers fan, he self restored his 1939 Ford Pick-Up truck. Beloved husband of Judi (nee Renier); loving father of Chad (Elizabeth), Nicole (Jason) Engstrom, and step father of Michelle (Lonnie) Zwieschowski; cherished grandfather of Daniel, Cora, and Samuel Gilson, Cameron, Abbey, and Carson Revolinski, James VanCalster, and Kimberly Miller; proud great grandfather of Brock, Brant, Bree, Haley, Kenneth, and Liam; brother of David (Darlene), Carol (Randy) Spencer, Sandra (Ed) Barth, Linda Sinclair, Sharon Gilson, the late Gerald (Audrey), the late Judy Gilson, and the late Jean Gilson; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held 12:00pm Tuesday, March 19 at Nicolet Memorial Park 2770 Bay Settlement Rd., Green Bay, WI. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date. Info (630)289-7575
