Daniel “Dan” J. Koziol, 43, of West Chicago, formerly of St, Louis. Beloved father of Jacob, Morgan, Collin and Hailey; loving son of Fred and Beverly (nee Rioux); dear brother of Douglas, Patrick (Amie) and Matthew; fond uncle to Tyler, Kiley, Taylor, Aden, Sarah and Nora and dear nephew to David Koziol and Frank and Ronald Rioux. Visitation Sunday, August 5, 2012 from 2:00p.m. until 8:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd (at Stearns Rd), Bartlett. Funeral Monday 8:30a.m. going to St. Isidore Church, Mass 9:30a.m. Interment Wayne Township Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Daniel J.
