Visitation for Dale L. Jackowski of Schaumburg for 35 years will be held Monday, April 2, 2018 4:00 - 9:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.) Streamwood/Schaumburg. Visitation Tuesday 10:00a.m. until time of mass 10:30a.m. at St. Hubert Church 729 Grand Canyon Parkway Hoffman Estates. Inurnment St. Michael the Archangel. Cremation was private at the Countryside Crematory.
Dale enjoyed fishing, sports, especially the Chicago White Sox and going to casinos with his friends.
He is the beloved husband of 35 years of Cyndee nee Placek; loving father of Kristy (Mike) Merrill, Brad and Kelly (Sean) Atkinson; proud grandfather of Colton, Eleigh, Avery and Finley; cherished son of Rose and the late Frank; dear sister of Daniel and the late Cheryl (Bill) Hinde; many loving nieces and nephews.
