Dale R. Braun of Bartlett formerly of Chicago; beloved husband of Maureen (nee Reardon); loving father of Steve, David and Shannon (Peter) Anderson, cherished grandfather of Ashley dear brother of Allen (Debbie); son of Ada and the late Elmer.
Dale was a maintenance supervisor with the Glenview School District for 19 years, he installed elevators in buildings throughout Chicago for 20 years prior to his work with the school district. He loved to support Chicago sports teams and was active in coaching youth leagues in Bartlett and was a member of the Jaycees.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations to the American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org would be appreciated. Arrangements and cremation by Countryside Funeral Homes & Crematory, Bartlett. 630-289-7575 or www.countrysidefuneralhomes.com
