Craig Jackson

Craig D. Jackson, age 54 passed away on Tuesday September 7, 2010 following a long battle with kidney disease. He was born February 16, 1956 in Gideon, MO to Raymond and Audrey (Featherstone) Jackson. The family eventually moved to Muskegon, MI where Craig spent most of his childhood. He moved to Illinois in the early 80’s where he worked as a pressman and later a truck driver. He met his wife Joan (Dollenbacher) in 1995 and they married on September 18, 1996. Some of Craig’s fondest moments were time spent working with his Dad, enjoying cars and racing, and the company of family and friends. His most recent pride and joy was his daughter Rayna Xiao Jackson born September 14, 2007. Those left to remember Craig include wife Joan Jackson and daughter Rayna Jackson of Elgin, IL; brothers Timothy (Julia) Jackson of Mission, TX and Allen Jackson of Muskegon, MI; several nieces , nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins . He was preceded in death by his father Raymond E. Jackson and mother Audrey H. Jackson. There will be a visitation on Saturday September 11 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. followed by a Memorial service at 6 p.m. at Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, 95 S.
