Clarence Edward Russell, 73, of Elgin passed away Tuesday December 16. Beloved husband of 55 years of Barbara; loving father of Cindy Lapotka and Steven(Sharon) and Daniel Russell; cherished grandfather of Stephanie Spencer, Derik and Nicholas Lapotka, Samantha(Ryan) Gergan, Trevor, Courtney, and Victoria Russell, and Kelly(Agustin) Luna; proud great grandfather of Agustin Luna; fond brother of Gary(Peggy), Douglas(Judy), and Richard(Tina) Russell, Bonnie(Leo) Priebe, Rosemary Nolan, and the late Diane Hay. An avid sportsman, Ed enjoyed traveling and time spent with his family and friends.
