Cindy Formas

Cindy E. Formas (nee Schmidt), 57, of Hampshire, formerly of Bartlett, beloved mother of Sarah (Scott) Sundquist, Elizabeth (Joseph) Stalzer, Alissa Formas and Michael Formas; cherished grandmother of Elsie, Kloe and "Cici" Sundquist, June and Henry Stalzer; dear sister of Kay (the late Don) Stansberry, Ray (Luanne) Wild and the late Sharon (Jerry) Gilbert; many loving nieces and nephews; former wife of John Formas. Cindy was a technology teacher for around 20 years at several schools and most recently at Bardwell Elementary in Aurora. She enjoyed country line dancing with her friends and spending as much time as she could with her family and adored her 5 grandchildren. Visitation 3:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. Friday, October 12, 2018 at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd (at Stearns Rd), Bartlett. Funeral 10:30a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Interment Burlington Union Township Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
