Christine Yurgaitis

Christine Yurgaitis, a beloved resident of Hoffman Estates, IL, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 18, 2026, at the age of 54. Chris was born on Tuesday, November 30, 1971, and was known for her warm heart, vibrant spirit, and enduring love for her family and friends.

A woman of many interests, Chris delighted in shopping and had a passion for interior design, especially when it came to decorating her home for the holidays. Her creativity and festive spirit brought joy to all who knew her. She was also a devoted cat mom to her cherished feline companions, Mia and Noel.

Chris is survived by her loving husband of 26 years, Marc-Pierre, who stood by her side through life’s many adventures. She also leaves behind her mother-in-law, Michelle Spaulding; her sister-in-law, Rhiannon Stephany; and her niece, Olivia Stephany. Christine was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Dorothy Olson, whom she held dearly in her heart.

In honor of Chris's life, a Celebration of Life will be held at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 333 S. Roselle Rd. Roselle, Illinois, on Saturday, February 7, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Family and friends are invited to come together to share memories, laughter, and love in remembrance of Christine.

Christine's presence will be dearly missed, but her legacy of love and kindness will continue to inspire those who knew her. May she rest in peace.
