Christina Marie Conley-Falcone

Christina Marie Conley-Falcone, 58, of Elk Grove Village, Illinois, passed away suddenly on Friday, July 17, 2026. She was born on April 24, 1968, in Berwyn, Illinois, the daughter of Richard Conley Sr. and Jean (Hahn) Conley.

Christina was blessed to spend the last ten years of her life with her partner, Steve Hoover. Together they shared countless laughs, unforgettable memories, and the simple joy of each other's company. Their time together was filled with love, companionship, and happiness.

Christina enjoyed the simple pleasures in life. She loved watching British period dramas, like Downtown Abby, adored all things Hello Kitty and Mickey Mouse, and found peace in bird watching. She also enjoyed being pampered, especially having her hair and nails done, and appreciated the moments that made life feel a little more special.

She is survived by her significant other, Steve Hoover; her daughter, Samantha Falcone; along with many loving relatives and friends who will cherish her memory.

A Memorial Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2026 from 2:00 pm -5:00 pm with a Memorial Service at 4:00 pm, at Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, 333 S. Roselle Rd. Roselle, IL 60172.
