Visitation for Chris V. "Con" Christofalos of Bartlett, formerly of Medinah will be held Friday, June 26, 2020 3:00p.m. until time of service 7:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 950 South Bartlett Rd. (at Stearns Rd.) Bartlett. Following services, cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory.

Con is the beloved father of Chris (Marina), Tim and Kevin (fiance Gianna Clark-Pellegrino); cherished grandfather of Ariana and Nico; dear brother of Paul and Maria (Dino) Fudukos; many loving nieces and nephews; former husband of Denise Christofalos; best friend of Mark Novak. (630) 289-7575.
