Charlotte O. Klein, 76, of Bartlett, died Wednesday, September 28, 2011. Born April 13, 1935 in Chicago. She was the daughter of Roy and Lillian (nee Zietlow) Wanders. An employee of ITW Shakeproof for over 26 years, Charlotte enjoyed music and played the organ for many churches. She enjoyed painting and traveling but what she truly enjoyed was spending time with her family.
Survivors include daughter Sandy (Sonny) Hammond, sons Joseph Jr. (Denise) and Ken; grandchildren Alex, Zachary and Carly; brother Bill (Eileen) Wanders and sisters Lillian Dettmer and Elaine Sheet.
She was preceded in death by her husband of fifty years, Joseph Sr., daughter Joyce, parents, three brothers and one sister.
Visitation Sunday 2:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Rd (at Stearns Rd), Bartlett. Funeral Monday 10:00a.m. at the funeral home. Interment Bartlett Cemetery.
