Charles "Chuck" Rieber

Charles “Chuck” Thomas Rieber, passed away in his home on June 8, 2023, at the age of 73. He was born on September 22, 1949, to the late Victor Rieber and Mary Salerno in Chicago Illinois.

Chuck resided in Carol Stream IL, where he raised his family with the love of his life Kathy (nee Junga). He is survived by his wife Kathy whom he was married to for over 50 years. He is also survived by his son Nick (Crystal), granddaughters Ivy and Penny, siblings George (Dolores), Darlene Green, Bob, Liz Skibbie, and Marge (Terry Dorsch) as well as a number of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother Jim (Mary).

Chuck was a force of nature, determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. His family meant more to him than anything else in the world, something he often mentioned. Chuck was unendingly proud of his son Nick, Daughter-in-law Crystal, and his two granddaughters Ivy and Penny, he always tried his best to support them at every opportunity he had. Anyone who knew Chuck knew that he was the most loving brother, father, grandfather, and husband a family could ask for.
