Charles Mercurio

Charles H. Mercurio, 86, of Rosemont, father of Lora (Sam) Abruscato and Joseph; grandpa of Vicki, Valarie (John) and Becky; great grandpa of Autumn and Jessie; brother of the late Bob (Esther) and the late Marge; son of the late Michael and the late Anna. Charles was a people person. He loved to meet and talk to new people whenever he was able. He was a tv repairman for Zenith for many years in Chicago. He was also the co-owner of Villa Rosa Pizza in Chicago. Charles never tasted a better pizza than the one he could make. He enjoyed food and the socializing that went with a meal. He had a curiosity with trains. He cheered on the Chicago Bears. You could always put a smile on his face, if you brought him cookies or candy, when you stopped in for a visit.
