Bud is the beloved husband of 50 years of Joanne nee Grass; loving father of Kathy (Paul) Wester, Mary (Ken Zdunek) Memhardt, Lori (Dominic Colletta) Hanson, Marcia (George) Dellwo, Maureen Memhardt; dear grandfather of Jeffrey (Dr. Amy Bailey) Zdunek, Evan (Kira) Zdunek, Laura (Ryan Oestreich) Zdunek, Curt (Taylor) Hanson, Daniel (Shannon Darby-Perez) Hanson, Amy (Jorge Murillo) Hanson, Megan (Matthew Docherty) Blackmon, Lauren (Steven) Ragusano, Michael (Fiance Ashley Lowe) Dellwo and Patrick Dellwo; caring great grandfather of Amelia, Lily, Calvin, Maggie, Sydney, Teddy, Oscar and Ruby.
