It is with great sadness that the family of Chuck Dolezal announce his passing after a brief illness on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at the age of 78 years.

Chuck will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 56 years, Joyce, children Alisa (Gary), Heidi (Steven), Christopher, Tami (David), Scott (Lisa) and Robin. Chuck will be fondly remembered by his twenty grandchildren, Jennifer, Amanda, Stephanie, Kristina, Robert, Michael, Timothy, Faith, Charlotte, Tiffany, Matthew, Joshua, Zachary, Elisabeth, Daniel, Meghan, Brenna, Shelby, Nicholas and Alexander and great grandchildren Carter and Elliot. He is also survived by his brother Richard (Bernadette).

Visitation will be held Thursday, December 13th, 3:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at Countryside Funeral Home 333 S. Roselle Road, Roselle. Funeral Friday, December 14, 2018 9:15 a.m. to St. Hubert’s Catholic Church, Mass 10:00 a.m. Burial St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery.
