Charles Conroy

Charles “Chuck” Conroy Jr, 86, died Sunday, July 2, 2023. Born January 2, 1937, in Chicago. Chuck was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He enjoyed jigsaw puzzles, gardening and spending time with his nieces and nephews. Beloved husband of Barbara; loving son of Charles Sr and Lillian Conroy; dear brother of Geraldine “Mickey” (Donald) Patience, Joan (Stan) Kwasnieski, Maryann (George) Goergen, Ellen (Len) Gorski, Bridget (Gerald) Niemiec and fond uncle to many nieces and nephews. Memorial visitation on Saturday, July 15, 2023, from 10:30am until time of memorial service 12:30pm at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory, 333 S Roselle Road (1/4 mile south of Irving Park Rd), Roselle. Cremation was private at the Countryside Crematory. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St Jude Children’s Research Hospital, www.stjude.org or the American Heart Association, www.heart.org, would be appreciated.
